It all began like a classic Hollywood story… as an intern.

While studying at the University of California at Berkeley, Patrick was selected to be part of the first group of interns at George Lucas’ Lucasfilm company in Marin County. His internship project led to a presentation to George Lucas and the Gang of 40; the department heads of the various divisions.

The Lucasfilm internship established key foundation skills Patrick uses to this day; listen to your customer, analyze thoughtfully, develop customer-focused solutions, communicate clearly, and build solid relationships based on trust. And his Hollywood story continues…

His more than 30 year experience in the motion picture industry includes executive positions at Lucasfilm THX, Dolby Laboratories, and Christie Digital. At Lucasfilm, Patrick led the global growth of the THX Cinema program expanding its client base three-fold. He transitioned to Dolby and championed the global cinema technology launch of Dolby Digital Surround EX™ with the release of Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Most recently at Christie Digital, Patrick established a new cinema audio business unit, Christie Vive Audio, that launched the first single form factor articulate line array for cinema application.

Patrick has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, and MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.
