NOVATO, CA, September 11, 2014 (CEDIA Booth #1041) – With more than 50 years of combined audio and acoustical engineering experience, founders Anthony Grimani and Manny LaCarrubba are pleased to announce the formation of Grimani Systems. The new company will provide advanced technology solutions for luxury home cinemas, beginning with the CinemaOne Audio Ensemble. Grimani is a highly respected home cinema technology and design expert and was named one of the “Top 20 Most Influential People” by CEPro magazine. Manny LaCarrubba is a successful inventor and acoustician, and the past Chief Engineer of the Plant recording studio. He and Anthony are joined by fellow founder David Steel, entrepreneur and longtime audiophile.
The CinemaOne Audio Ensemble is the brainchild of Grimani and LaCarrubba. It delivers exceptional sound quality and coverage thanks to LaCarrubba’s breakthrough development of the Conic Section Array™ (CSA) waveguide, the loudspeaker’s driving technology. The CSA waveguide ensures that everyone in the room experiences the same superior sound, delivering virtually unlimited power and extraordinary musicality in one integrated architecture.

For integrators, CinemaOne is a turnkey solution that reduces as much as 70% of installation time. Simple and elegant in design, it blends seamlessly with private screening room architecture. Following installation, Grimani Systems’ experts will configure and calibrate onsite.

Grimani’s next product launch will be a high-end professional grade projection package, coming in 2015 – the Grimani Systems Cinema One 4K Ultra High-Definition Video Package for private large-room theaters.
An upgrade to Dolby Atmos will also be available later in 2014.
